In this authentic Provençal farmhouse, the family home of Alphonse Daudet, visit the Ardèche of the 19th century, learn about silkworm farming, past and present, and get to know the author of ‘Mr. Seguin’s Goat’. Then prolong the experience at the park.
Founded in 1952, the cellar makes and sells production of 44 members from an area of 470 hectares, this is 25 000 to 30 000 hl of wine that are made. The winemakers of this cellar are from Valvignères, Saint Thomé et Gras. The winemakers’ cellar has the label “Taste of Ardèche”.

Maison Louis Latour
Respect for terroir is one of the fundamental values of Maison Louis Latour, who have practised reasoned agriculture. Oak barrel ageing plays a major role in this process. Maison Louis Latour has been using its winemaking know-how in the Coteaux de l'Ardèche (white): Chardonnay, Viognier since the late 1970s.
