The 17th century Château de Font Blachère enjoys an unspoilt setting beside forest, 10km from the A7 motorway. On the hills which run alongside the Rhône valley, at centre of triangle formed by Valence, Montélimar and Privas. 5 guest rooms (2-4 people) including 1 suite. All have en-suite bathroom or shower room et WC. Book ahead for table d'hôte meals. Owner's private heated swimming pool, hot tub and tennis available in extensive wooded grounds. Vaulted dining room, orangery, terrace, outdoor furniture. Nearby: horse riding centre. Further away: golf course, water sports centre, microlighting. Dogs allowed on request. Cot available. Poolside summer kitchen available (for lunch). Child's menu: 25€.
