The hotel restaurant is a gourmet invitation to local flavors. Awarded the 'Goûtez l'Ardèche' and 'Les étapes savoureuses' labels, it serves seasonal, home-cooked cuisine featuring Ardèche produce.

Christophe produces a dozen different cuvées, including Viognier, Syrah Baptiste, Chatus Romain, a variety from the Ardèche reintroduced after more than 20 years, red and white sweet wines, a Carthagène and a wine made using the Champagne method.

Cave de Lablachère

Lablachère

Lablachère’s vineyards offer a wide variety of fruity, elegant and original red, white and rosé wines that proudly proclaim their local origins Trias Cévenol. The vineyard is spread out over 400 hectares (nearly 1000 acres) of terraces at an altitude of 200 to 500 meters. Currently, the cooperative, whose production is sold directly (on site, Internet CHR, GD) by the bottle or bag-in-box, has nearly 100 members-growers.

L'Atelier de la Cîme
