The Peyre Brune estate extends over 15 hectares of hillsides in the extreme south of Ardèche, traditional grape varieties such as Syrah, Viognier and Grenache do wonders there.
The basic choices are focused on the quest for quality: HVE certified exploitation, yields of around 45 hl/ha, tillage, leaf removal or manual harvesting for whites, modern winemaking tools.
These technical aspects should not, however, erase the essential, namely the desire to create a product of pleasure, of exchange, to reach out to people and try to make them share the efforts made and the pleasure felt throughout. of a season, from the first strokes of pruning shears to the glass filling in the cellar.
