Since 1998, we have carried on the nougat-making tradition, crafting our sweets from strictly selected ingredients—all preservative-free and gluten-free. In our workshop, you can watch our nougats, marshmallows, pralines, and fruit jellies come to life, made with the time-honored expertise that has made Le Genêt d’Or famous.
