Savor this exceptional meat in all its variations (saucisse vigneronne, tartar, charcuterie...), finely prepared by the "Chez Yves" butcher's shop.
Each bite is carefully blended with the emblematic grape varieties of the Côtes du Vivarais appellation - Syrah, Grenache and Marsanne, to bring out the full flavors.
