The local produce is carefully selected, with farm-raised meat and poultry mostly from the Ardèche, trout from Lozère, goat's cheese from the farm next door, organic milk and eggs, fruit and vegetables from neighbouring market gardeners, aromatic herbs from the garden, Ardèche wines... real flavours to delight the taste buds.
