Even though we have a magnificent ultra-modern vat-house, we continue to respect traditional wine-making values and techniques including the maturing of part of our production in oak casks. Our white wines carry the Coteaux de l'Ardèche label and are made from Chardonnay and Viognier grapes.

Guided tour of the vineyard and cellar by the winemaker, combining tasting of the cuvées and pairings with cheeses during gourmet stops in the château's plots and cellars. Booking essential.

An evening stroll through the vineyards by oil lamp, exploring the myths and legends of wine, followed by a gourmet tasting of the vintages in the candlelit cellars of the château.
