A day in the life of a winegrower

Join us for a full day of immersion in the world of viticulture.

In the morning, following a warm welcome, you will explore the vineyard and learn about its production methods. A tour of the cellar, including a tasting of wines currently in fermentation, will provide you with the technical knowledge needed to manage the fermentation process effectively. You will then help check the ripeness of the grapes (depending on how far along the harvest is).

A shared picnic is planned for midday.

The afternoon will be spent harvesting by hand or working in the cellar, followed by a Q&A session to answer any questions you may have.
