High mountain: glacier hiking

An easy way to approach the high mountains, this is an opportunity to put on crampons for this first time and to take your first steps on a high-mountain glacier. You will also learn rope technique and how to walk roped up to another person.
The most common destinations include: the Mont-Blanc range (traversing the upper Vallée Blanche, the Tour glacier basin, the Argentière glacier basin ...), the Vanoise range (summits such as Rechasse, Peclet Polset...). It is possible to modulate this service by making a private commitment of a guide, with various options in addition.
For more detailed information guide service office hours at the Tourism Office (Maison du Tourisme) are from 18.00 to 19.00, in July and August.
