We will suggest exercises to help you progress and thus make it a very exciting descent for you. We have selected top quality equipment which is light, handy and stable allowing you to conquer the rapids at the entry of the gorge. If at the end of the session you have not mastered all the techniques, you will have certainly learned a lot and the feeling of satifaction will be immense.
