Nolo Frères

The products are made in Nantua. They are without coloring agent nor preservative. Quenelles are made by mixing wheat semoulina, pike fish filet, beef fat, fresh eggs, milk and salt. They give a really delicious light taste, and it is increased with by the Sauce Nantua.
This sauce is famous all around the country, and beyond. It is a bechamel with a secret quantity of crayfish butter. Wich gives the genuine colour and taste of this sauce.

The products are available at the Tourism office's, and all the shops around Nantua.
