Artisanal conserves Les Délices d'Alpage

As the last 100% artisanal conserves producer in the mountains, we make:

. paté and terrines in 10 guises: wild garlic, cep and chanterelle mushroom, plain, Beaufort and Abondance cheese, Genepi, gentian, green pepper, walnut, Gamay or Espelette pepper.
. rich soups: vegetable, nettle, etc…
. cooked meals: Savoyard casserole, tripe, mountain sausages with a crozet pasta gratin, a savoury “farcement” loaf and lots of other delights…

We’re passionate about our mountain culinary tradition!
Products on sale on site and in various shops of the territory.
