Marques Avenue - Aix&Terra

Among the many recipes on offer at the Table-Épicerie are the unmissable ravioles! Reworked in the Aix&Terra style, they can be Provençal, creamy, truffled or au gratin. Also on the menu are dishes by Michelin-starred chef Julien Allano, who this autumn is offering a chicken supreme with an aurora sauce made with Délice de Tomates Séchées BIO, or an organic soft-boiled egg florentine with sweet garlic cream and summer truffle... a touch of sunshine on the plate. Those with a sweet tooth will be able to recharge their batteries with a cup of Valrhona hot chocolate or aix&terra tea, accompanied by home-made pastries such as lemon cream mousse, tiramisu revisited or the comforting crème de caramel fleur de sel de Camargue and chantilly.

La Table-Épicerie de Romans will be the first to offer a complete menu, from breakfast to lunch, including afternoon gourmet breaks and even dinner twice a week.
