The Farm of Bruyères

The farm continues to operate as a family business in traditional and sustainable agriculture. The Bernard family produces goat cheese: fresh, semi-dry, dry, matured, tomme...

The farm is composed of a goat and pig farm.
A workshop for the transformation of charcuterie has been added to the cheese factory, allowing them to produce pork meat and charcuterie (sausages, rolled heads...) without sodium nitrate.
