The Magic Pot

In the wild we pick dandelion, elderberry, acacia, pine, lime, queen of the meadow and oregano. We grow peppermint and bergamot, lemon balm, hyssop, verbena, wild thyme and rosemary. From these plants, with thousands of aromas, we produce:
Jams, jellies and spreads (without gelatine) that retain the aspect of honey that differentiates them from other traditional jellies. You can eat them as a topping on waffles and pancakes, with vanilla ice-cream or as an accompaniment to cheese for sweet and savoury-lovers. They can also be used to sweeten a herbal tea or a cup of hot milk and of course, any time on a slice of bread!
Syrups can be drunk with cold or hot water (delicious sweet herbal teas), lemonade, kir or in a punch... They can also be used in cakes, with dairy products and in coulis for fruit...
Fresh herbal teas are slightly sweetened with a hint of lemon to be enjoyed hot or cold.
