The room is equipped with a men's locker room and a women's locker room, with a shower. The use of white sole sneakers is mandatory.
Squash is a racquet sport played on a court surrounded by walls. It consists of hitting a small black rubber ball in such a way that your opponent cannot pick it up.
Squash is one of the most calorie-intensive sports.
The other particularity of this sport is that the two players share and defend the same playing surface alternately.
3 fitness equipment are also available on site (1 rowing machine, 1 elliptical and 1 bike) for 5€/hour.
