Each of them is prepared with the utmost care, then cooked over an open flame to reveal deep flavors and perfect textures. Adorned with murals and tapestries by the artist Thierry Bruet, the place is also perfectly suited for the arrangement of large, warmly inviting gatherings, which also pay special homage to the Edmond de Rothschild family's tradition of the art of living.
