Moma Group, in partnership with Edmond de Rothschild Heritage and the Four Seasons Megève Collection, is looking to revitalize this historic venue.
Ideally located at the foot of the famous World Cup piste, the new Mègevan landmark will welcome skiers, hikers and mountain lovers on its vast south-facing terrace, or in one of the two interior rooms of an authentic mountain chalet.
AMBIANCE from lunch to afternoon.
At Rural, the atmosphere evolves during the day, for the happiness of all: For lunch, rendez-vous every day from 12:00 to 15:30 around large convivial tables, and a kitchen full of local flavors.
In the afternoon, on the vast terrace, there is a lively and festive atmosphere from 3:30 to 5:00 pm, to accompany the happy skiers, while tasting the dishes of the Schuss Rural menu, until the slopes close.
For a comforting break, guests will find a selection of pizzas, Piedmontese pasta, Savoyard burger, or grilled meats.
Every day, a DJ program ensures the musical atmosphere.
A refined Savoyard cuisine
In the evening, from 7pm, in a subdued and comfortable atmosphere, come to Rural by Marc Veyrat for a more elegant dinner, around the Savoyard cuisine of Marc Veyrat.
For the chef, the objective is to honor a cuisine rooted locally, in this land, which he loves for so many years. He explains: "I wish to bring to light the excellent products of the region, and magnify them. I serve a cuisine with Haute-Savoie identity in a more refined way."
